I am Dr. Julia Leday.

I practiced dentistry for sixteen years and transitioned into biologic dentistry six years ago, sitting across from people who came in for their teeth and left with a different understanding of how their environment was shaping their bodies. The mouth was the doorway. The home was the rest of the story.

The shift began for me personally. Watching a parent diagnosed with cancer in my third year of dental school. Navigating my own health challenges in my thirties. A functional medicine doctor who finally asked the questions no one else had thought to ask. From there it was a deep dive into environmental biology, dental materials, heavy metals, and the architecture of cancer prevention.

The Healthy Home Method is what I built from all of it. A way to teach the people I sit with to do for their homes what I learned to do for their mouths. Audit. Question. Design. Heal.
